The radio shuttle is a self-propelled pallet conveying device which runs on the track in specially designed racking structures, for pallet loading and unloading. For example, the forklift driver wants to retrieve certain pallets from specific lanes. To do this, he puts the radio shuttle (at home) on the lane and issues appropriate commands through the accompanied remote control.
